Opening of "Belvederebrücke"
12th of June 2010 is the big day when the new bridge "Belvederebrücke" will be officially inaugurated.
The new bridge, built by the company Friedrich Wassermann, is approx.100 metres long and allows pedestrians and cyclists safe access to TRIOTOP and the "Grüngürtel" recreation area. Thus, it connects the two Cologne districts of "Vogelsang" and "Müngersdorf", which have so far been separated by the ring road Militärringstraße and railway track.
