| Already from 8 am, the bistro “FRITZ“ of the company L & D business and event catering spoils you with fresh rolls and aromatic coffee. In the lunch break, there is a menu that changes on a daily basis that offers you quickly and freshly prepared meals such as pizzas, salads and casserole dishes.
Opening hours: 8 am – 4 pm

If you would like to enjoy the culinary offerings from the Bistro “FRITZ“ directly at your company premises, for example, for conferences or for business hospitality/entertainment, a versatile catering service can be provided from vending machines and a filled roll delivery service to exclusive management catering.

Part of TRIOTOP’s security service is blocking access for third parties and other measures on which the property management company would be pleased to inform you in person.

Local Public Transport Service

TRIOTOP is situated away from the city hype and is therefore extremely well connected to the infrastructure of the local public transport system.
Travelling by S-Bahn (suburban railway:
S-Bahn station “Müngersdorf/Technologiepark“ via lines S12 and S13
(direct connection to Cologne’s central station and to the station Messe/Deutz (exhibition hall) and to Cologne/Bonn Airport)
Travelling by bus:
via Linie 140 to K-Müngersdorf/ Technologiepark station
Further bus lines are currently being planned in collaboration with the KVB (Cologne Transport Company).
